Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muslinco. If you are not fully happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• It must be in the original packaging, including any tissue wrap or box
• Proof of purchase is required

Items returned damaged or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
