How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link in the email to track your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Our products are beautifully packaged by default — perfect for gifting.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Canada.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $110 CAD. Orders under that amount are charged a $18 flat rate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within 2–5 business days, and delivery time depends on your location. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for regular-priced items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale.
